Patricia
Schwarz, a graduate of the Julliard School, was for twenty years arts
coordinator of the America-Israel Cultural Foundation.
During this time she made semi-annual trips to Israel to experience the
cultural programs there.
In 1986 Ms.Schwarz was sent to China by the US-China Arts Exchange to
observe and report on the conservatories of Shanghai, Bejing and Xian.
Since 1987 she has triennially attended the Banff and London
International String Quartet Competitions. |
